If it walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck...it might be a duck. I was just listening to Clayton Morris of Redacted News interview a guy about weather geoengineering. Yeah, it is exactly what it sounds like. Weather modification or weather control. There, apparently, are several ways that technology can be used for evil, and sadly is. The reduction of the population of earth via a systematic destruction of the earth itself.
