Terror Struck My Heart

Matthew 7:21 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22 Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ 23 And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’

I remember the first time I really read these verses. Terror struck my heart. Clearly Yahusha is referencing people who claim to be His followers here. Who else would call Him Lord? Who else would  cast out demons in Yahusha’s name? Who else would do wonders in His name? Athiests don't, Pagans don't, Muslims don't, those who practice Judiasm don't.  Who else could it be? He is speaking of "Christians" here, Christians who do not do the will of His Father. Once I understood that concept, my next step was to find out what exactly is the will of our Heavenly Father. I must do it.

These verses in Matthew give the answer to that question as well. He sends away those who practice lawlessness. No mystery here. If you're lawless, without law, He doesn't know you. I'm still amazed at how the churches have taught against the law of Yahuah the Most High, even with the knowledge of these verses. The people in the pulpits across the earth have access to the definitions of the words used here in the original language.

The Greek word used for lawlessness is "anomia", found in the Strongs Bible Dictionary as #458.

458 anomía (from 1 /A "not" and 3551 /nómos, "law") – properly, without law;

lawlessness; the utter disregard for God's law (His written and living Word).

458 /anomía ("lawlessness") includes the end-impact of law breaking – i.e. its negative influence on a person's soul (status before God).

How can preachers preach that the law of Yah is not for believers in Yahusha with this clear definition? Yahusha is telling His followers that if they have utter disregard for His Father's law, then He (Yahusha) doesn't know them. He, the Savior, doesn't know them.

Christians tell me that no one can keep Yah's law, then tell me they can do all things through Christ who strengthens them Philippines 4:13. Which is it? Yahusha and His sacrifice on the cross, His resurrection, and the gift of the Holy Breath of Yah are all to forgive us of past transgressions and to enable us to walk out the law(instructions for life). That's the point.

We all will fall short in this life Romans 3:23, but we have an intercessor, an advocate in Yahusha.     1 John 2:1 We receive forgiveness then get up and try again.  Because there is no Yah ordained alter, and no Levitical priesthood,  some of the laws are not applicable at this time.  Some laws are only for women,  some are only for men, some only apply to agriculture,  some only for Levitical priests...you get the idea. You should seek out what instructions you can do, what applies to you, and do them. This includes the Appointed Times of Yah. Worship and Celebrate Him the way He said to.

Do not take my word for it. Seek out for yourself.  We all stand before judgement alone. Your preacher won't be there. When you claim Jesus/Yahusha at that time...what will His response be? Well done good and faithful servant? Or away from me, you who had utter disregard for My Father's law?

A work in progress with a mission to dispel the lies.
